1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with any services, content, or communication provided by VGT MEDIA LLC, doing business as Clinic Lab ("Company"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

VGT MEDIA LLC offers performance-based marketing services for healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

• Paid advertising and lead generation (e.g., Meta platforms)
• CRM and automation setup
• Internal ISA (Inside Sales Agent) appointment setting support

You agree to use our services in accordance with applicable laws and not in any way that disrupts or impairs others from using our services.

3. Program Guarantee Terms

VGT MEDIA LLC offers performance guarantees depending on the selected program:

• Gold Tier Guarantee: Client will receive at least 5 scheduled appointments within 90 days of campaign launch, or continued service will be provided at no additional cost until this minimum is met.
• Platinum Tier Guarantee: Client will receive at least 10 scheduled appointments within 90 days of campaign launch, or continued service will be provided at no additional cost until this minimum is met.

Conditions of Guarantee:

The guarantee is contingent upon the client meeting the following requirements:

• Completing onboarding tasks and approving all ad assets in a timely manner
• Maintaining the required minimum ad spend throughout the campaign period
  Refraining from making unauthorized changes to ad funnels, campaign settings, or scripts
• Responding to communication requests from the Clinic Lab team within 2 business days
  Allowing Clinic Lab to manage the booking and qualification process via its approved systems

Definition of a Scheduled Appointment:

A scheduled appointment is defined as a lead who:

• Completes the intake/qualification form
  
  
• Books a time on the clinic’s online calendar through the Clinic Lab system
  
  
• Has not canceled or rescheduled at the time of initial confirmation
  
  

Contractual Guarantee Enforcement:

VGT MEDIA LLC reserves the right to void the guarantee if the client fails to meet any of the conditions outlined above or breaches the terms of the service agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Medical or Referral Activity

Clinic Lab (a brand of VGT MEDIA LLC) is a marketing and advertising company. We do not refer, broker, or sell patients. All leads generated are a result of paid advertising and digital marketing efforts.

We are not a healthcare provider and do not engage in any activities that constitute the practice of medicine, legal referral, or patient brokering.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By submitting your phone number through any of our lead forms, ads, landing pages, or digital tools, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from VGT MEDIA LLC. These may include:

• Appointment confirmations/reminders
• Campaign status updates
• Promotional offers
• Sales and support communication

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@cliniclab.io. 

6. Consent & Lead Collection

By submitting your information, you affirmatively consent to being contacted via SMS, email, or phone. We collect data through:

• Facebook and social platform forms
• Website contact/scheduling pages
• CRM and funnel systems

7. Data Collection & Use

We collect:

• Name, phone, email (voluntarily submitted)
• Facebook data if you opt-in via social media
• Technical data like IP address, device, and browser type

Data is used to:

• Provide services and campaigns
• Communicate with you
• Analyze advertising performance

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

8. Third-Party Sharing

We may share data with:

• Trusted service providers (e.g., Meta, CRM platforms)
